In https mode all of your css and js files are generating an error code NS_ERROR_INVALID_CONTENT_ENCODING. It is unusual to see this for https and not http and suggests you have a mis-configured server. Make sure you are using the latest htaccess.txt file delivered with Joomla 5 and pay attention to the section dealing with Gzip.
